Prenatal and postnatal yoga

Prenatal Yoga
The practice of yoga helps you during your pregnancy and prepares you psychologically, emotionally and physically to give birth .
-
It helps you to connect more deeply with your body and mind by awakening your inner awareness and giving you the confidence that the ability to nurture your baby and give birth live within you.
-
It helps you feel balanced and helps your energy cycle more freely, and therefore transmit this energy to your baby.
-
It helps you understand how the force of gravity beneficially influences you during gestation and birth.
-
It also connects you to the natural rhythm of your breathing, which is key to giving birth.
-
The asanas and classes will vary depending on the trimester of gestation, making prenatal yoga practice appropriate and recommended at any time during your pregnancy.
Postnatal yoga
Postnatal yoga can become a great physical activity, helping to strengthen the body after pregnancy and regain tone, and in addition, to getting time for oneself.
-
It especially helps to provide better tone at the level of the pelvic floor and abdominals.
-
It helps to re-educate the body and recover its muscular and organic capacities, in addition to releasing tension in the back, shoulders and neck.
-
Breathing exercises are also very useful in reducing anxiety and stress, which are very common during this stage.
-
The group lessons also offer the advantage of being able to talk, relate and communicate with other moms who are also in the postpartum period, being able to exchange concerns, fears and doubts.
